This statement explains how Setarkai B.V. ("Setarkai", "we") handles personal data in connection with this website and our company. It is written to meet the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who we are

Setarkai B.V. is a software and game development company registered in the Netherlands (KvK 42180164), based in Amsterdam. For any privacy question, contact info@setarkai.com.

This website

This website serves static, informational pages. We do not run advertising or behavioural tracking on it. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes limited technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the pages. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send and use it only to answer you.

Our apps and games

Our applications and games are separate products, and each has its own privacy policy that applies when you use it. Rahub, for example, has its own privacy policy, available on its store listing and at rahub.io.

Our apps may use third-party services that process data on our behalf, including:

• Google AdMob, to show advertising in some apps;
• analytics services, to understand how our apps are used and to improve them.

These services may collect device and usage information such as a device identifier, app events and approximate region. The specific data an app collects, and your choices, are described in that app's own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@setarkai.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We may update this statement as our products or legal obligations change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
